Our Standard Customization allows you to personalize elements such as the handle wrap (ito), rayskin, scabbard (saya), sageo, and metal fittings. These adjustments do not affect the blade's forging or structure, allowing for quicker production and delivery.

This option is ideal for:

• Customers who want unique styling with shorter wait times

• Personalized gifts or display pieces

• Aesthetic preferences without altering blade geometry

Deep Customization – Full Blade and Structure Personalization

For those who want a truly unique and high-performance sword, our Deep Customization lets you modify:

• Blade geometry (length, curvature, yokote, bo-hi, kissaki, hamon style, etc.)

• 3D engravings on the blade (dragon, vajra, floral or symbolic patterns)

• Tsuba, habaki, fuchi-kashira and other metal fittings

• Custom tsuka shape and internal structure

This level of customization takes more time (15–30 days) but delivers a one-of-a-kind functional masterpiece.
