Delivery Time
Handling Time (Handmade by Order):
- 7 - 15 business days, fulfilled Mon–Fri.
- High-performance swords may require longer handmade time based on complexity.
Transit Time:
- US Orders: 15–25 business days, shipped Mon–Fri.
- Non-US Orders: 15–30 business days, shipped Mon–Fri.

Note: Free shipping is available for all the countries above. However, customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees in their own country.
Shipping Rules
- Most orders start production within 24 hours of payment and ship 1–2 business days after production ends.
- Custom orders may take 25–30 business days depending on complexity.
- Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
- After handcrafting, US orders usually ship within 2 business days, unless delays occur due to volume or backorders.
- Special items or large orders may take extra days to ship. For rush orders, contact us directly.
- To cancel, contact us within 24 hours. If shipped, we cannot recall the order. You can return it after receiving.
- Tracking numbers will be sent once shipped.
- No shipping to Puerto Rico, outlying US territories, or APO/FPO/PO boxes.
- No local pickup service available.
- Buyers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs fees. Please check your country’s regulations.
- We are not responsible for wrong shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered items. NO EXCEPTIONS.
