  • High-performance swords may require longer handmade time based on complexity.

Transit Time:

  • US Orders: 15–25 business days, shipped Mon–Fri.
  • Non-US Orders: 15–30 business days, shipped Mon–Fri.

Note: Free shipping is available for all the countries above. However, customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees in their own country.

Shipping Rules

  • Most orders start production within 24 hours of payment and ship 1–2 business days after production ends.
  • Custom orders may take 25–30 business days depending on complexity.
  • Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
  • After handcrafting, US orders usually ship within 2 business days, unless delays occur due to volume or backorders.
  • Special items or large orders may take extra days to ship. For rush orders, contact us directly.
  • To cancel, contact us within 24 hours. If shipped, we cannot recall the order. You can return it after receiving.
  • Tracking numbers will be sent once shipped.
  • No shipping to Puerto Rico, outlying US territories, or APO/FPO/PO boxes.
  • No local pickup service available.
  • Buyers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs fees. Please check your country’s regulations.
  • We are not responsible for wrong shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered items. NO EXCEPTIONS.
